THANK YOU to all of our Stanley volunteers for making this a wonderful year! If you have not kept up with recording your hours, will you please submit an estimate of your volunteer hours HERE. Stanley PTA is required to report all parent volunteer hours to the California State PTA each year and the form is due in a few weeks. 8TH GRADE PROMOTION PARTY: TICKETS & VOLUNTEERS

 

Dear 8th Grade Parents, 

 We have been busy planning an epic 8th grade promotion party. At this time we have squared away the DJ, dinner, dessert, photo booth and games.
If you haven't already purchased a ticket for your student please do so here.  

Please sign up here to volunteer! We are giving 8th grade parents priority before sending the sign up to all Stanley parents.

We are looking for volunteers for:

May 29th (the day before the event)

  • Help with decorations inside the Multi Use Room 

May 30th (the day of the event) 

  • Complete decoration inside the Multi Use Room and outside (starting at noon) 
  • Help running the stations and games during the event (from 6:30 - 8:30pm)
  • Clean up after the event (from 8:15 - 9pm)

May 31st (the day after of the event) 

  • Final event clean up at 9am

Thank you for your willingness to help. We need LOTS of volunteers to make it a night to remember for our graduating 8th graders.

 6th/7th Grade Carnival Volunteers

 

Hi 6th and 7th Grade Stanley parents,

We have a very exciting day coming up for our students, the Stanley Fun Fest Carnival on May 24th! It takes a lot of parent volunteers to run this end of year celebration.

Please sign up to help, and join in on the fun!

 

Lunch and Campus Cruiser Volunteers Needed

 

Participating in our Hot Lunch Volunteer Program is a wonderful way to help our school by distributing meals to students.  

We need 3-4 volunteers per shift.  The sign up is updated every week to include dates for two weeks.  You can sign up for any open shift, no long term commitment. Please sign up to serve lunch here.

Campus Cruisers is a program for parents to provide a friendly presence on campus at lunchtime. Choose the days that work for you and then show up to observe Stanley students in their natural environment! Consider pairing up with a friend for a Campus Cruiser shift; it's a short time commitment but a fun thing to do! Please sign up for Campus Cruisers here.
