Editing Contact Information
Please begin by entering or verifying your contact information. Please note this only provides information to the Stanley PTA, not to the District (the District uses AERIES). If you have a Membership Toolkit account with another organization, that information will not feed into our tool. So for example if you had a child at Burton Valley that is now entering Stanley, their Burton Valley information will NOT roll over to this Stanley Membership Toolkit site. However, you will be able to use the same username and password.
You may also choose what content should be shared in the directory. Access to Contact Information can be done via My Account | My Forms. Make sure you assign your child(ren) in the grade they are going INTO.
Navigation
If you are logged in, you will see a Logged In menu area at the very top of the screen. If you are NOT logged in, forms and certain navigation items will not appear. Always check to make sure you are logged in. Some sections of the site are restricted. Items accessible only to PTA Members (such as the Directory) will have ** next to their navigation name. Items restricted to only those logged in (such as Orders) will have *.
Payment ProcessorS
Debit and credit card payments are processed through LumaPay, a payment processor powered by Stripe. Users may also pay with their PayPal account. Transactions are secure and we do not store debit or credit card information. You can view your cart total on your Shopping Cart at the top of the website and you can access all your previous orders under My Account | Previous Orders.
Subscribing to the Wildcat Weekly
We use this website to send out our Wildcat Weekly newsletter. This is a very informative newsletter full of useful school and community wide information. Once your Contact Information is "active" you will automatically be subscribed to the newsletter. You can always choose to unsubscribe at any point. Current and previous Wildcat Weekly Newsletters can be accessed under Resources | Stay In Touch | Newsletters. You can manage your subscription to this newsletter under My Account | Subscriptions.
Accessing the Stanley PTA Directory
The Stanley PTA Directory is only available online within this website and through the Membership Toolkit mobile app to PTA members.
If you become a member of Stanley PTA, you will gain access to the online directory, the mobile app, and other member-only information. Signing into this website does not make you a member. You need to actually purchase/renew annually your PTA membership using the provided Stanley PTA Membership Form. Once you do, you will see sections under Resources | Stay In Touch | Directory become available to you.
Pro Tip: Download the Membership Toolkit App from Apple Store or Google Play. Logging in to the app with your Stanley PTA credentials will get you access to a mobile directory and calendar for our school. Note, the same Membership Toolkit username/password may be used for other organizations (like Springhill Elementary).

The Stanley PTA Calendar is located under Programs & Events | Calendar.
